SIT30616 Certificate III Hospitality Traineeship
The course is delivered as a group in your workplace over 10 - 12 sessions, 2-4 hours in duration each, plus a full day for first aid if selected. Generally we hold 1 session each fortnight or month in your workplac, providing you time to practice the skills you have learned in between classes. We can also work and train on-shift with your staff during business hours, to compliment theory and knowledge provided. We like to start our training with an intensive skills practice. Where possible we will also liaise with your suppliers to include them in our sessions.
Electives can be decided upon with your employer, generally the topics we cover include: Responsible Serve of Alcohol (RSA), Food Handlers Certificates, First Aid, Industry Knowledge, WHS, Coffee, Bar & Cash Handling, F&B service, Sales, Customer Service and Complaint handling.
Duration depends on each students working hours, how many sessions are held per month and prior skills and knowledge. Standard duration is 8-12 months.

If you need extra support we have 4 days scheduled for extra practical skills training at our head offices. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. In addittion you can book a one-on-one apointment anytime with a trainer.
