Serve It Up’s hospitality courses are conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. We have 3 fully equipped hospitality training venues that provide you with a real world hospitality training environment. Serve It Up’s courses are specifically designed to focus on hospitality skills in bartending, cocktail making, restaurant service, waiting, coffee making and beer pouring. The majority of our courses include your RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RSF (Responsible Service of Food), which are two certificates required for you to work in hospitality venues in Melbourne and Victoria.

All of our trainers have been sourced from the best establishments and have many years of experience. Their knowledge coupled with your tenacity creates an environment of deep learning and development. We aim to prepare our students for the "real world" pace of the kitchen and serving industry.

Many of our hospitality qualifications also include your first aid level 2 certificate for free as a part of the course.
