Serve It Up work with a number of different businesses. They review our courses to ensure they meet industry standards, some can take students on placement, others help find our students work in the industry. A number of these industry partners also put their employees through traineehsips and other courses with us.
Refer students that have applied for work that don't meet the skill levels required or have industry experience relevant to the job they applied for. Once referred to Serve It up we then help build these students skills, students have no obligation to enrol with Serve It Up . During the course we will then send back skills assessment to Hospitality Recruitment Group (HRG) who will then help to find suitable trials for as many as possible. Students need to be aware HRG cannot guarantee work and nor can Serve It up, but we will do our best to help students that really try throughout their course. Refer to our Jobs page.

Backsafe is long established company dedicated to decreasing back injuries in the workplace. They write and deliver customised WHS training in the workplace. Backsafe work with iAscend in resource and course development and review.

A bayside cafe that is the heart of Sandringham, also where Amy the CEO learnt everything she knows about hospitality, thanks to the amazing owner, chef, restauranteur Michael Hoyle. Limoncello uses Serve It up for both accredited and non-accredited training. Limoncello has also used Serve It Ups services to develop their own standard opertaing procedures and induction manual. Years on these documenst are still being used by all staff.
