Serve It Up (SIU) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in nationally accredited training for Hospitality and Management. Our goal is assisting students to get industry experience, employment and completion of their qualification, whilst giving Hospitality businesses support in there staffing and training requirements throughout Melbourne and Regional Victoria.  

About our referrals:

• Basic experience in F&B service, bar, POS, and coffee making
• Hold Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) & RSF (Responsible Service of Food)
• Partial and/or full completion of Cert IV in Hospitality
• Over 18 years of age and permanent Residents or Australian citizens
• Completed skill assessment by our training manager prior to referral

About our trainers and consultants:

All trainers come directly from the industry and are still acting as industry consultants. Our trainers can assist you with staff training, operational procedures, menu and seasonal consultancy, start up’s and more.  Funding may also be available for staff you wish to put through a traineeship.
