Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What if I miss a day?  You will need to attend a simulated service period and complete catch up on the final Friday of the course. If you miss more than one day, we may not be able to make you competent in the units. You may need to attend catch up days with another course if available.
  2. What if I enrol, pay the deposit and then decide to cancel? You deposit is not refundable; but you can complete your RSF online then come into the classroom to conduct a quick practical to get this certificate.
  3. What if I already have my RSA? It may be possible for you to Credit Transfer that unit. You do not have to do the full assessment again, but you will still need to attend as many other skills are taught. You can use the extra time to practice your coffees.
  4. What if I am 17, but turning 18 a few weeks after the course? Due to alcohol being prepared in the classes, we cannot allow under 18's in class. With enough interest, we may run an under 18's class. Please enquire and we will see what we can do for you!
