RSF INFORMATION:

This course is fully online and covers the unit of competency SITXFSA001 - Use hygienic practices for food safety. This is also known as your food handlers certificate level 1 or RSF certificate. 

How to register and complete: 

1.  Click on the "RSF Short Course Enrolment Form" link
2.  Enrol and pay online
3.  You will receive and email invitation to access the online RSF course via Canvas our learning management system LMS 
4.  Read the learning content, watch the videos and then complete each quiz
5.  Upload 3 x videos of practical food handling examples (your online trainers and assessor will help you) 

RSA INFORMATION:

Complete your Victorian RSA certificate online. We offer the RSA certificate plus the unit of competency SITHFAB002 - Provide responsible service of alcohol. RSA classes are held online via a live Zoom, during your class you will recieve the link to the online assessment. Your assessor will need to complete a phone call after the session to cover key role plays and scenarios.   

How to register & complete:

2. Enrol and pay online - you will receive and email confirmation
3. Following your email confirmation you will get a registration link for the session - session is 4 hours 

RSA classes are held online via Zoom. During your class you will recieve the link to the online assessment.
